About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan

(as amended of the Law of Turkmenistan of 08.06.2019 No. 141-VI)

Make changes to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:

I. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About inventions and industrial designs", accepted on October 23, 2008 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2008, No. 4, the Art. 52):

in paragraph eleven of Article 1 of the word "Patent Management of the Ministry of Economics and Development of Turkmenistan (Further — Turkmenpatent)" shall be replaced with words "Public service on intellectual property of the Ministry of Economics and development of Turkmenistan (further - Turkmenpatent)";

in paragraph one of part one of Article 2 of the word "Patent Management of the Ministry of Economics and Development of Turkmenistan (Turkmenpatent)" shall be replaced with words "Public service on intellectual property of the Ministry of Economics and development of Turkmenistan (further - Turkmenpatent)".

II. Voided according to the Law of Turkmenistan of 08.06.2019.

III. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About legal protection of algorithms, programs for electronic computers, databases and topology of integral chips", accepted on September 23, 1994 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 20):

in part one of Article 12 of the word "Patent Authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan (Turkmenpatent)" shall be replaced with words "Public service on intellectual property of the Ministry of Economics and development of Turkmenistan (further - Turkmenpatent)".
