This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the twenty seventh - the thirty fourth, forty first - the forty eighth Item 2 appendices, paragraphs of the thirty second - the fortieth item 4 of appendix, paragraphs of the twenty second - the twenty eighth, thirty fifth - the forty first Item 5 of appendix which become effective since July 1, 2013.
