About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About mortgage"

"3. The right to use by the parcel of land with the alienation right transferred for joint use to two and more physical persons (without allocation of share of each unitholder in the general parcel of land), can be pledged in the presence of written consent of all unitholders.".
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 9 of the word "Commercial Banks and Other Credit Institutions" shall be replaced with words "Credit institutions".
4. Regarding 3rd Article 11 of the word of "agricultural purpose" shall be replaced with words "with the alienation right".
5. To add article 12 after the word "leases" with the word", the servitude".
6. In Article 13 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "according to the procedure, determined by the Government".
7. To state part 1 of Article 23 in the following edition:
"1. The property pledged under the agreement on mortgage with the consent of the pawnbroker can be alienated by the pledger to other person, including by sale, donation, exchange, its introduction as contribution to property of economic partnership or society, or share to property of commercial cooperative.".
