About approval of Rules of documentation of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of realization of constitutional rights of citizens on freedom of travel and the choice of the residence, enhancement of system of documentation and accounting of the population the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of documentation of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to develop and approve the Instruction about application of Rules of documentation and registration of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a month.
3. To the central executive bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.
5. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2000.
