About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other laws of Ukraine of rather finance bills

I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) such changes:

1. To exclude subitem 14.1.176-1 of Item 14.1 of Article 14.

2. In Article 200:

state Item 200.13 in such edition:

"200.13. Based on the received conclusion of relevant organ of the State Tax Service the body which performs treasurer servicing of budgetary funds issues to the taxpayer the amount of budget compensation specified in it by money transfer from the budget account on the current bank account of the taxpayer in the servicing bank within five operational days after receipt of conclusion of body of the State Tax Service";

to state subitem 200.18.2 of Item 200.18 in such edition:

"200.18.2. The body which performs treasurer servicing of budgetary funds provides to the taxpayer the amount of automatic budget compensation by money transfer from the budget account on the current bank account of the taxpayer in the servicing bank within three operational days after receipt of conclusion of body of the State Tax Service".

3. To add subitem 213.2.3 of Item 213.2 of Article 213 with words "the finance bank bills issued as the electronic document, and finance treasurer bills".

4. To add subsection 10 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" with Item 19 of such content:
