About ratification of the Agreement signed by exchange of notes between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Japan about financing of the Improvement of Medical Services project

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - Ratify the Agreement signed by exchange of notes, between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Japan on financing of the Improvement of Medical Services project in the amount of 5 926,0 million Japanese yens, signed in Chisinau on June 27, 2013.

Art. 2. - To the government to take necessary measures for realization of provisions of the specified Agreement.

Art. 3. - To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to notify the Government of Japan about ratification of this Agreement.
