About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following amendments:

1. To add part 1 of Article 13 with the paragraph the fifteenth the following content:

2. Add the law with Article 16-1 of the following content:

"Article 16-1. The register of persons exempted from public service on the negative bases

The procedure for forming, maintaining, change and amendment of the Register of persons exempted from public service on the negative bases is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The register of persons exempted from public service on the negative bases can be used in case of competitive selection on substitution of vacant managerial positions. Data of the Register cannot form the basis for refusal in acceptance of the applicant for work.".

3. Add Article 31 with parts 2 and 3 of the following content:

"In case of dismissal of the government employee at the initiative of state body in connection with discredit of rank of the government employee on the bases provided by the Items "d-z" and "n" of this Article, the specified body shall submit within seven-day term these data in authorized state body for public service.
