1. Recognize invalid orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine:

of July 02, 1998 No. 1303 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out open tenderings", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 03, 1998 for No. 416/2856;

of October 05, 2000 No. 2081 "About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out open tenderings", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2000 for No. 729/4950;

of February 22, 2011 No. 240 "About modification of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out open tenderings", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2011 for No. 311/19049.

2. To provide to management of competitive sale in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
