About modification of part the fourth Civil code of the Russian Federation

Bring in part the fourth the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 52, the Art. 5496) the following changes:

Article 1246 to add 1) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish minimum rates, procedure and payment due dates of remuneration for employee inventions, office useful models, office industrial designs.

The government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish minimum rates, procedure for collection, distribution and payment of remuneration for separate types of use of objects of copyright and related rights.";

2) the paragraph third item 4 of Article 1286 and the paragraph the fourth item 4 of Article 1370 to recognize invalid.
