1.1. Securities according to the report on results of additional share issue:
- COMBINATUL AUTO NR.5 joint-stock company (IDNO 1003600034993; mun. Chisinau, Ulitsa Petreriyaya, 19) in the amount of 1124800 lei in number of 14800 common nominal shares with nominal value of 76 lei with the state registration number MD14OMBI1004 due to converting of accounts payable (capitalization of investments);
- DRUMURI-CIMISLIA joint-stock company (IDNO 1003605009978; Mr. Chimishliya, Ulitsa Nicolae Jörg, 106) in the amount of 1371670 lei in number of 137167 common nominal shares with nominal value of 10 lei with the state registration number MD14CIMD1006 at the expense of non-cash deposits.
