Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 1, Art. 4; No. 18, Art. 2153; No. 29, Art. 3632; 2011, No. 1, Art. 41; No. 7, Art. 905; No. 19, Art. 2708; No. 29, Art. 4301; No. 30, Art. 4576; No. 49, Art. 7024, 7068; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4333; No. 53, Art. 7619) following changes:

1) in Article 28:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 28. Procedure for disclosure of information provided by this Federal Law";

b) the paragraph one of Item 3 to state in the following edition:

"3. Along with the data which are subject to inclusion in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information according to this Federal Law, data which list is established by regulating authority are subject to inclusion in the specified register.";

c) add with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6.1. Not later than within ten days from the date of completion of the corresponding procedure applied in the case of bankruptcy, the arbitration manager includes in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information as data the message on results of the corresponding procedure. Such message shall contain the following data:

the name of the debtor, its address and data (the state registration number of record about state registration of the legal entity, the state registration number of record about state registration of the individual entrepreneur, identification taxpayer number, the insurance number of the individual ledger account) identifying the debtor;
