About introduction of amendments to article 212 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002

   The Parliament adopts this organic law.

   Article 212 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (2002, 661), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. 82-86, of the Art. in the following edition:

   "Article 212. Notarial form of the transaction

   The notarial certificate of transactions is obligatory:

   a) in cases of the transactions on alienation of real estate which except for are directly established by the law of cases;

   b) in the cases provided by the agreement of the parties at least under the law such form was also not required;

   c) in other cases established by the law.".
