Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251 "About approval of the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2013, No. 3, the Art. 66, No. 24, the Art. 808) and of March 13, 2013 No. 188 "Some questions of marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 24, the Art. 808, No. 35, the Art. 1241) changes which are applied.

1. In Regulations on the production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251:

Paragraph one of Item 3 to state 1) in such edition:

"3. Brands of the established sample are produced by request Mindokhodov by the state specialized enterprise of the Ministry of Finance (dalshepredpriyatiye-manufacturing).";
