About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 54, 5/14018; 2006, No. 143, 5/22788; 2007, No. 250, 5/25956), following changes and amendment:
in Item 5:
in subitem 5.13 of the word of "target indicators of the forecast of export, import and balance of the foreign trade balance of services" shall be replaced with words "indicators of the forecast of social and economic development";
state subitem 5.17 in the following edition:
"5.17. provides development, approval, examination, approval and implementation of business plans of development by the organizations for year, forecasts of development for five years and business plans of investment projects, exercises control of their realization, determines based on acts of the legislation for the organizations procedure for management of state-owned property;";
