About introduction of amendments to articles 6.1 and 6.2 of the Federal law "About the Special Economic Zone in the Magadan Region"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 31, 1999 No. 104-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Magadan region" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 23, Art. 2807; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7351) following changes:

1) in Article 6.1:

a) to add the subitem 1 of Item 7 with words "(except for the excise goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone till January 7, 2012 in cases, the stipulated in Clause 6.2 presents of the Federal Law)";

b) in Item 23:

the paragraph one after words of "customs zone" to add with words ", including the excise goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone till January 7, 2012";

2) in Article 6.2:

a) in Item 1:

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Concerning not excise goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone in case of their export on other part of the territory of the Magadan region for own production and technological needs only customs fees are paid.";

b) the paragraph one of item 4 after the words "with payment" to add with the words "concerning the excise goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone till January 7, 2012".
