The paragraph of the eighth Article 25 to state 1) in the following edition:
"organize conducting examination of safety (examination of reasons for safety) of subjects to use of atomic energy and (or) types of activity in the field of use of atomic energy by means of issue of tasks for conducting this examination, and also consideration and acceptance or rejection of the conclusions prepared by results of its carrying out;";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in part ten of Article 26 of the word "on the right of conducting works in the field of use of atomic energy" "on the right of conducting works in the field of use of atomic energy or about change of conditions of action of permission (license)", to add with offers of the following content: "Examination will be organized by authorized body of state regulation of safety and carried out at the expense of means of the license applicant or licensee. At the same time examination of the subjects to use of atomic energy included in the list specified in part thirteen of article 24.1 of this Federal Law, and (or) the types of activity in the field of use of atomic energy performed on such objects or concerning such objects by the operating organizations is carried out by the organizations of scientific and technical support of authorized body of state regulation of safety.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after sixty days after day of its official publication.
