Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 212, 2/1526; 2009, No. 1, 2/1553; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661) following changes and amendments:
1. To state paragraph two of Item 2 of Article 1 in the following edition:
"production and turnover of beer with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent (except for provisions of Articles 2, 5 (except requirements about licensing of the activities connected with production of beer with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent and also requirements about import licensing of such beer), Items 24 of Article 7, Articles 9, subitems 1. 8, 1.10, 1.12, 1.14, 1.15, 1.17, 1.19 and 1.20 Items 1, item 4 of Article 11, article 25 of this Law);".
2. In Article 2:
in the paragraph the second the words "the form of the strict reporting with certain degrees" shall be replaced with words "the document with certain degree";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"alcoholic products - the cognac, fruit and ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials, alcoholic beverages and food spirit semifinished products (the wine materials, distillates sbrozhenno-alcoholized and the alcoholized juice, infusions, fruit drinks and aqueous-alcoholic extracts, the concentrated food bases, fragrances food, cognac in bulk, whisky in bulk and other) with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent;";
