1. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of August 04, 2000 No. 64 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks of efficiency of use of fuel and energy resources at the companies, in organizations and the organizations and elimination of the facts of their inefficient use", No. 653/4874 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2000;
the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning ensuring effective use of energy resources of May 27, 2008 No. 84 "About approval of index to Calculation of the prices of paid services which are provided by the State inspectorate for energy saving", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 10, 2008 for No. 519/15210;
the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning ensuring effective use of energy resources of July 31, 2007 No. 115 "About approval of the list of objects for which acceptance operation in structure of working and state inspections joins representatives of the State inspectorate for energy saving", registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on August 10, 2007 at No. 927/14194;
