In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About enforcement of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance of passengers" of August 4, 2003 the No. 913 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve form of the agreement on compulsory insurance of passengers it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
