Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 No. 702 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and realization of dividend policy of the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 37, the Art. 1456) and of February 16, 2011 No. 106 "Some questions of accounting of taxes and fees (obligatory payments) and other budget receipts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 12, Art. 508; 2012, No. 26, the Art. 986) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 No. 702:
The word and figure of "Article 7" to replace 1) in introductory part with the word and figures "Articles 5-2 and 11";
To "Fund of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";
The Procedure for forming and realization of dividend policy of the state approved by the specified resolution to state 3) in such edition:
