1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for release, the address and repayment of the government bonds nominated in foreign currency, for physical persons, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2012 No. 69 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.12. 2012, 8/26633), following changes:
to state part one of Item 27 in the following edition:
"27. In case of payment of interest income to the bondholder the authorized person of agent bank makes on the bond mark about payment of interest income "Is paid" which is made with use of technical means, or by putting down of stamp, or by hand ball pen, and issues the register of payments of interest income for the bond with indication of the amount of the paid interest income. In the specially allotted place on the form of the bond the payment date is specified (according to the procedure, similar to the procedure for registration of sale date of the bond established in part two of Item 21 of this Instruction). The authorized person of agent bank certifies mark about payment of interest income the signature (with disaggregation) and seal of agent bank.";
