About approval of changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of August 16, 2007 No. 939
The government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 939 of August 16, 2007. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Defence, structure and extreme number of its central office" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 131-135, 975), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "position of the deputy" shall be replaced with words "two positions of deputies";
2) in appendix No. 1:
in the subitem 2) of Item 9 to "deputy" to replace the word with the word to "deputies";
in Item 10:
in paragraph one of the word "the deputy defense secretary appointed to position and exempted" shall be replaced with words "the deputy defense secretaries appointed to position and exempted";
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "deputy defense secretary" "one of deputy ministers".
