About modification and amendments in some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

According to Item "About judicial system and the status of judges" the plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine DECIDES: 6 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine

Due to the questions which arise in court practice concerning application of regulations of substantive and procedural law by economic courts, to make such changes and additions to some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.
