About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring stable work of the strategic companies of energy industry
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the measures aimed at providing steady functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 33, Art. 430 with subsequent changes):
And figures "on January 1, 2007" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1.8 of Article 1 of the word also in figures "on January 1, 2011";
2) in Article 3:
in Item 3.4 of the word and figures "on January 1, 2013" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on January 1, 2014";
in paragraph six of Item 3.7 of the word and figures "on January 1, 2012" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on January 1, 2013".
2. The Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 32-33, of Art. 413; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2012 No. 5405-VI) to add with Item 4-1 of such content:
"4-1. Provisions of this Law concerning bankruptcy proceeding of the companies of fuel and energy complex which participate in procedure of debt repayment on the conditions determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the measures aimed at providing steady functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" are applied taking into account the features determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the measures aimed at providing steady functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" till January 1, 2014".
3. "About guarantees of the state concerning accomplishment of judgments" to add the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 3 of such content:
