About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning reduction of the legislation in compliance with the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Item 2 of Article 35 the word "crime" shall be replaced with words "criminal offense";

In paragraph one of Article 212-15 of the word "if in the specified actions there is no actus reus" to exclude 2).

2. In the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992 No. 6, the Art. 56):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part three of Article 35 of the word "from criminal case" "in criminal proceedings";

2 parts two of Article 79 of the word "in investigating bodies" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item "to the prosecutor or body of pre-judicial investigation";

"The action pursued in criminal procedure" shall be replaced with words 3) in part four of Article 90 of the word "criminal offense", and the word "to law-enforcement bodies or prosecutor's offices" - words "to the prosecutor or body of pre-judicial investigation";

2 parts two of Article 113 of the word "criminal case" shall be replaced with words 4) in Item "criminal proceedings".

3. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001 No. 25-26, of the Art. 131):

Article 10 to state 1) in such edition:

"Article 10. The solution of question of criminal liability of the persons which are subject to criminal liability by the legislation of foreign state and being in the territory of Ukraine and execution of the sentences pronounced by foreign vessels or the international legal agencies
