1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About prohibition of import and realization in the territory of Ukraine of ethylated gasoline and lead additives to gasoline" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 6, the Art. 44) such changes:
Article 1 to add 1) with words and figures "except aviation gasoline on goods item 2710 11 31 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities before introduction of the alternative type of fuel certified in Ukraine (on condition of its import of no more than 1000 tons within calendar year)";
Article 2 to add 2) with words and figures "except aviation gasoline on commodity poziiya 2710 11 31 00 according to UKT VZhD before introduction of the alternative type of fuel certified in Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
