About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1.1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Determine that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in case of failure to carry out of conditions of rendering the state support by them cannot raise the tariff charges (salaries) of workers if the level of the average monthly salary of workers of such legal entities and individual entrepreneurs estimated in the accruing result since the beginning of year exceeds the level of the average monthly salary of workers by the corresponding type of economic activity on the republic in general estimated in the accruing result since the beginning of year during the period of action of the state support.";
