About introduction of amendments to the Law  of the Republic of Armenia "About veterans of the Great Patriotic War"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About veterans of the Great Patriotic War" (on December 2, 1998, ZR-267, further – the Law):

The word "compensation" to replace 1) in the first offer of part 3 with the word "help";

2) in the first offer of part 3 of the word "and to veterans-disabled people-in the amount of 2500 dram" shall be replaced with words "and to veterans – disabled people – for payments for use of the electric power and transport, gas, heat supply - the monetary assistance in the amount of 3500 dram, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia";

3) the second offer of part 3 to exclude;

The Items "and" and "b" of part 4 to state 4) in the following edition:

"a) on obtaining on favorable terms permits to sanatorium treatment - according to the procedure, established by the law for the military personnel;

b) on payment with 50 percent discount of rent, drainage system, rubbish disposal, phone and radio;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
