About modification of decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 13, 2012 No. 79 and of April 24, 2013 No. 91
The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. In line items "goggles" and "Guards protective front" undressed 1, line items "goggles" of Section 2 and line items "goggles" and "Guards protective front" Sections 4 and 5 of the List of products with indication of the FEACN CU codes concerning which submission of the customs declaration shall be followed by representation to customs authority of one of the documents on compliance confirming observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of individual protection equipment" No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 13, 2012 79, of the word "from 9004 90 900" shall be replaced with words "from 9004 90 900 0".
2. In line item 6 Lists of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by representation to customs authority of the document on assessment (confirmation) of compliance to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the low-voltage equipment" (TR CU 004/2011) approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2013 No. 91, the 8544 49 950 0 code of FEACN CU to replace with the 8544 49 950 1 and 8544 49 950 9 codes of FEACN CU.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
