About entering of amendments into the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 92, 7/1564; 2012, No. 21, 7/1710) following amendments:
1.1. add form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of heads", approved by this resolution, after the detail "Name of Form" with the detail "Representation Type" of the following content:

1.2. in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of the heads" approved by this resolution:
to add part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 with words ", the Operativnoanalitichesky center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus";
add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. The report is presented in the form of the electronic document by means of the global computer Internet or on paper.
