Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About public service in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 70, 2/953; 2008, No. 184, 2/1506; 2009, No. 136, 2/1572) following changes and amendments:

add subitems 1.1.2 and 1.2.2 with words ", regional and interdistrict inspections of protection of animal and flora of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus".
3. State Article 47 in the following edition:
"Article 47. Guarantees of the rights of the government employee in connection with liquidation of state body, reducing number or staff of workers
1. In case of release of the government employee in connection with liquidation of state body, reducing number or staff of workers to it:
1.1. the dismissal wage according to the legislation on work is paid if other is not provided by legal acts;
1.2. in case of registration as the unemployed the unemployment benefit according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2006 "About employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus" is paid (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 94, 2/1222);
