Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 1995 No. 592 "About approval of Provisional rules of control for the purpose of safety of civil aviation" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 11, Art. 263; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, the Art. 831) and of January 13, 2010 No. 44 "About approval of the Development program of the state system of use of airspace of Ukraine for 2010-2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 3, the Art. 106) changes which are applied.

2. In the Development program of the state system of use of airspace of Ukraine for 2010-2014 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2010 No. 44:
In paragraph one of the Section "Management and Control Over the Implementation of the Program" the word of Mintranssvyaz to replace 1) with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure;
The word of Mintranssvyaz to replace 2) in appendix to the Program with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure.
