1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 02, 2012 for No. 489/20802 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In Item 2.4 of the Section ІІ to replace the word of "minors" with the word of "children".
1.2. In the Section III:
1.2.1. In Item 3.8 of the word and figures", except the cases provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.08.2011 No. 845 "About approval of the Procedure for execution of decisions on money recovery state and local budgets or budgetary institutions" to exclude.
