1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Approximate form of the contract of the employer with the worker approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1180 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 62, 5/1417; 2000, No. 56, 5/3337):
to state subitem 3.11 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"3.11. keep the state and official secret, not disclose trade secret of the Employer, trade secret of the third parties to which the Employer got access;";
add Item 7 with subitem 7.14-1 of the following content:
"7.14-1. create to the Worker necessary conditions for observance of the set mode of trade secret;";
1.2. in Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the conclusion of contracts with heads of the state organizations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2007 No. 604 "About the conclusion of contracts with heads of the state organizations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 131, 5/25234):
the ninth subitem 8.9.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"keep the state and official secret, not disclose trade secret of the body which signed the contract, trade secret of the third parties to which the body which signed the contract got access;";
in subitem 8.10:
after the paragraph of the fourth to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"create to the head necessary conditions for observance of the set mode of trade secret;";
