About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260
For the purpose of providing favorable conditions for implementation of procedures of process of bankruptcy the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260 the following changes:
in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Chapter 22:
in Item 2 of the word "Management for Bankruptcy under the State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on Management of State-owned Property" shall be replaced with words "State body for bankruptcy";
the paragraph one of Item 6 to state in the following edition:
"6. For holding qualification examination (certification) the licensor creates the licensed commission (further - the commission) as a part of 5 people, including on one representative from the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and Fund for management of state-owned property to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also three representatives of state body for bankruptcy.";
in Item 14 of the word "two years" shall be replaced with words "three years";
declare Item 17 invalid;
to declare the subitem "b" of Item 18 invalid.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
