1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2007 No. 633 "About dividends on the state blocks of shares and the income on the state shares in the organizations" the following changes and amendments:

state Item 2-1 in the following edition:
"2-1. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation acceptance of necessary measures of effective use of gained net income on development of material and technical resources of "Kazakh Agrotechnical University of Saken Seyfullin." joint-stock company;
add with Item 2-3 of the following content:
