1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2011 No. 1263 "About approval of Rules of rendering primary medical and sanitary help and Rules of attachment of citizens to the organizations of primary health care" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 60, the Art. 861) the following changes and amendments:
1) the Rules of rendering primary health care approved by the specified resolution:
add with Items 13-1, 14-1 of the following content:
"13-1.
