1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2013 No. 245 "About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendment:

"1. Liquidate Committee of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
add with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
