The resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2004 No. 126 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the commission on the prevention of economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 23, 5/13781).
2. The resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2004 No. 159 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for accreditation of the interim (anti-recessionary) managers appointed concerning city-forming or the organizations equated to them, the state organizations, and also the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having the state and (or) international orders, and other debtors concerning whom state bodies present candidacies of interim (anti-recessionary) managers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, to No. 27, 5/13812).
