1. In preamble of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2011 No. 1672 "About determination of criteria for evaluation of solvency of subjects of managing" (2011, No. 140, 5/34926) of the word "Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2003 No. 508 "About some questions of economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" shall be replaced with words the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus "article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
