About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About Regulations of Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 2003 N 522-II "About Regulations of Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, N 9-10, Art. 136; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, N 4, Art. 163, N 7, Art. 326; 2008, N 12, Art. 637; 2009, N 4, Art. 136; 2011, N 4, Art. 101) following changes and amendments:

To add 1) with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Coordination panel on the organization of consideration of bills and drafts of other regulatory legal acts

In case of Kengashe of Legislative house the coordination panel on the organization of consideration of the introduced bills and drafts of other regulatory legal acts (further - the Coordination panel) as a part of three people from number of persons employed of the office of Legislative house is created.

Registration of the arrived bills and drafts of other regulatory legal acts, informing Kengash's members of Legislative house on them and further support of these projects is assigned to the Coordination panel.

The procedure for the organization of activities of the Coordination panel is determined by the provision approved by Kengash of Legislative house";

Part third of Article 12 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Before adoption of the bill by Legislative house in the first reading the person of law of the legislative initiative who introduced the bill has the right to change the text of the project or to withdraw the bill introduced by it. The introduced bill returns if the Legislative house already adopts in the first reading the bill on the same question";
