About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes:
1. To recognize preamble of the Law invalid.
2. In all text of the Law the word "disabled person" in different case and numerical forms shall be replaced with words "person with limited opportunities of health" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
3. In all text of the Law of the word "aged", "elderly people", "citizens of advanced age" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "elderly citizens" in the corresponding cases.
4. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Law
This Law establishes bases of legal regulation in the field of social servicing of the population.
Social servicing represents activities of social services for rendering social and legal services, financial support, carrying out social adaptation and rehabilitation of the citizens who are in difficult life situation.".
5. The thirteenth Article 3 to declare the paragraph invalid.
6. The fifteenth Article 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-families in which there are children with limited opportunities of health;".
7. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Standards of social servicing
Social servicing of the population is performed according to the regulatory legal acts establishing requirements to amount and quality of social services, procedure and conditions of their rendering.
The regulatory legal acts regulating questions of social servicing affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and local government bodies.".
8. Third the Item "and" of part 2 of Article 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
