About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 76) the following changes and amendment:

1. In all text of the Law in state language of the word "finansyloo", "garantiyalary" in different case forms; "guarantor", "garantiyasa", "гарантияланат", "гарантиялардын", to "garantiyalu", "гарантияланган" and "? лг?" to replace N respectively with the words "karzhyloo", "kepildikteri" in the corresponding cases, "kepit", "kepildig", "kepildent", "кепилдиктердин", "кепилдикт??", "кепилденген" and "kaza болгон".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 1 of the word "and city of Bishkek" shall be replaced with words "cities of Bishkek and Osh".

3. In paragraph five of part 1 of Article 2 of the word "accounting and registration and examination-paper;" to exclude.
