About introduction of amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and Article 143 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 46, the Art. 4532) the following changes:
Paragraph two of Article 215 to state 1) in the following edition:
"the death of the citizen, being party to the case or the third party with independent requirements if disputable legal relationship allows legal succession;";
Article 216 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"reorganization of the legal entity, being party to the case or the third party with independent requirements.";
Article 217 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:
"the paragraph the seventh articles 216 of this Code, - before determination of the legal successor of person participating in case.".
Item 3 of part 1 of Article 143 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 30, the Art. 3012) after the words "in case" to add with the words "or the third party declaring independent requirements concerning matter in issue".
