PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2003 No. 1241 "About the Concept of ecological safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2004 - 2015" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 47, the Art. 523);

2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 14, 2006 No. 216 "About the Concept of transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to sustainable development for 2007 - 2024" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 44, the Art. 478).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
