In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 3985 "About formation of Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 18, Art. 156; 2000, No. 17, Art. 168; 2003, No. 45, Art. 486; 2007, No. 14, Art. 160; 2011, No. 30, Art. 366; 2012, No. 10, Art. 189; No. 36, Art. 476):
in Regulations on Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Permanent members of Council are on position: Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Premyerministr's deputies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy manager of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan and first head of working body of Council.".
