About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus

bring the following changes in resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:

1) in the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of June 22, 2000 No. 5 "About practice of application by courts of the legislation by hearing of cases on annulment of marriage" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 66, 6/245):

a) third item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"In the action for declaration about annulment of marriage of the spouses who do not have general minor children and dispute on property it is specified about lack of consent of the defendant to annulment of marriage by the body registering acts of civil status according to the procedure of Art. 351 of the Code.";

b) exclude item 10;

c) in paragraph four of the item 11 to replace figure "4" with figure "6";

2) paragraph two of item 9 from the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of September 26, 2002 No. 7 "About court practice on cases on deprivation of the parent rights" (2002, No. 115, 6/342) to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
