Article 1

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 52, Art. 4921; 2003, N 27, Art. 2706; 2007, N 24, Art. 2830; 2011, N 1, Art. 16) following changes:

Part third of Article 41 to add 1) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.
