Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 N 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 41, Art. 4849; 2008, N 20, Art. 2251; 2009, N 1, Art. 14; N 39, of Art. 4539; 2010, N 31, Art. 4182; 2011, N 30, Art. 4573; N 49, of Art. 7067; N 50, of the Art. 7352) following changes:

Part 2 of Article 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Direct implementation of functions on forced execution of court resolutions, acts of other bodies and officials is assigned to judicial police officers-contractors of structural divisions of Federal Bailiff Service and judicial police officers-contractors of structural divisions of territorial authorities of Federal Bailiff Service (further - divisions of bailiffs).";

2) in Article 30:

a) in part 12 of the word "can not exceed five" shall be replaced with words "constitutes five";

b) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 08.03.2015 No. 57-FZ

c) state part 14 in the following edition:

"14. The judicial police officer-contractor does not establish term for voluntary execution of the executive document in cases of excitement of enforcement proceeding:

1) according to part 16 of this Article;

2) in case of the subsequent presentations of the executive document;

3) according to the executive document on confiscation of property;

4) according to the executive document on serving of obligatory works;
