About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002

In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

2. Add Article 108 with part (5) the following content:
"(5) Pardon is not applied to persons who committed the crimes provided by Articles 171-175-1, 201, of 206, of 208, 208-1 and 208-2 concerning minors.".
3. Add Article 109 with part (4) the following content:
"(4) Conciliation is not applied in case of persons who committed the crimes provided by Articles 171-175-1, 201, of 206, of 208, 208-1 and 208-2 concerning minors.".
